Reflexology gently stimulates nerve endings in the feet, promoting relaxation and reducing stress, ultimately calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and fostering natural healing. Our history and trauma is stored in our collagen matrix, nervous system, bones, muscles and cells. Touch can be used to calm our nervous systems. By meeting the body with gentleness and kindness we can help the body to regulate and calm down.
